How much does registering a new company cost?
The total fee for registering a new company is $537 which includes GST, all government fees ($488), all merchant fees and our service fee ($49). No hidden fees!
How long will it take?
If your application has no errors and doesn’t get flagged for manual review, your company will usually be registered within 5 minutes of submission. Instantly after the registration of your company, your certificate of registration, ACN, company documents and tax invoice are immediately emailed to you and available in My Account area.
What documents will I receive?
In just few seconds after the company is registered with ASIC, you will get the following documents: certificate of Registration ACN, constitution (with Div 7A loan clauses), director and secretary consent forms, applications for shares, minutes of directors, share certificates, member and director registers and more.
What information do I need to provide?
The minimum details required in the company registration process are: company name, registered office and principal place of business addresses, directors’ info (full name, residential address, birth details), shareholders’ info (full name / company name, residential address and share allocation).
Can I register a company with just one person?
Yes, according to ASIC, a proprietary company needs to have one director and one shareholder and the same person can fulfil both those roles. A proprietary company is not required to have a secretary.

What you will do as my ASIC registered agent?
As your ASIC registered agent, we will make sure your company will remain compliant with the Corporations Act, we will help you avoid late fees, we will send you reminders when the company is due for renewal with ASIC, prepare the solvency resolution and the annual review package. During the year, you have two FREE* changes that you can request us to process with ASIC: company name changes, change of addresses, change of directors, shareholders or share structure, etc. (*we will not charge the service fee for processing two changes per year)
